General Changes

• Changed Online Time. Maybe it works better now
• Improved sorc Evasion per level up from 7 --> 9
• Pet Buffs now work while having the immortal buff
• PvP / PvE Damage multiplier now works for the Ele summons too
• Normal Monsters don't do very heavy attacks anymore, only heavy attacks and damage slightly reduced
• Changed Quest Daily Supply Restock + Advanved Collection to fix potential abuses
• Changed Akan Daily Quests Optional Reward to Charbound
• Fixed an Item Exchanger bug with runes of protection
